Beyond the Ivy Rooftops Chicago has 3 roof top venues that share many of the same attributes; great views of the game, amazing food, and friendly service. All the while, each of the roofs also has its own special identity that makes each rooftop a special experience.

1010 Waveland is LARGER THAN LIFE!  Everything is over sized!  The bleachers are huge, the food and drink service bars are huge, even the pictures on the walls are over sized!  Where else can you have a private sky box big enough for 200 of your closest friends or colleagues.

At 1010 Waveland the club house has 2 huge plasma screen TVs, two bars, restroom facilities, a balcony looking into the park, great spaces for display boards or presentations and bar seating.  The roof boasts a HUGE beer garden, room to get in out of the sun, marble and granite restrooms, 2 massive bars- one for food and one for drinks and rows and rows of “bar bleachers”.  This means each person is sitting at a bar with staggered heights where you can see the game bellied up!  The views in the pictures below speak for themselves- there is a picture of the worst seat on the “bar bleachers” and the best seat- Who can tell the difference?

If you have a large group Beyond the Ivy’s 1010 Waveland will not only accommodate your group but blow them away!

A hip and modern vibe kick inside and out of 1038 West Waveland.  The low club style seating, sleek shiny tall tables, and over the top artwork all immerse Cub’s fans in a club like game experience.

The “club” house level of 1038 has a Media room with stadium seating where one can catch the game on a huge TV and a large front room with an amazing view of the game.  The building boasts a modern elevator that can take you all the way to the top.  On the roof traditional box seats make you feel like you are in the game- but then you remember right below you is a bar with no line and smoking good food included in your ticket price!  Conversations are easy at Beyond the Ivy’s 1038 Waveland, there are many small areas tucked away where a small or large group can go to talk or hear a sales pitch!

Nostalgia and history make 1048 Waveland.  The traditional feel and historic photographs at 1048 Waveland immerse a Cub’s fan in what makes us Cubs fans different… our rich history.  Speaking of rich… the club house is filled with marble, granite and wood!

Pictures of the good times and bad times alike fill the walls and halls of Beyond the Ivy’s 1048 Waveland Club house.  Bartman, the Goat, and the lights going onto the field are overshadowed by “W” flags flying proud over the Friendly Confines.  Have you ever seen the Bears play at Wrigley Field or do you know where Weeghman’s Field is?  All of this is to be found at 1048 Waveland.  On the roof deck, history is being written as you find a new addition to the Wrigley Field Experience, a massive roof top “bleacher bar”.  You can sit at the individual bars by your friends and watch the game.

The experience at any of Beyond the Ivy’s venues is said to be a whole other ball game because of the service, attention to detail, and dedication to our Cubs fans and guests!
